You cant hide NSS. This is how NSS it works. Shares are sold that are not borrowed, therefore they cannot be delivered to the person that bought the shares. That person is not going to be happy their shares didn't show up in their account, and will complain about it. that's called a fail to deliver. Treaty has none, and as far as I know, never did.
Yeah, there has been some NSS of big board stocks by crooked brokers. I never said there wasn't. But, certainty not stock like Treaty's that was trading for a few penny's or less. Who would bother? Why bother? And with a scam stock at that?
