The facts are the SEC and FINRA have captured and identified a few parties that deal in naked shorting, plenty of evidence to show the truth, the problem for the “authorities “ is that if they prosecuted all the fraud the entire market would collapse .
Treaty was indeed a victim of NSS.
Too small a company though to prosecute the perps.
The half asses attempt by the blind guy to say NSS does not exist and never existed with treaty is astounding.
The whole concept is to hide the trades and reporting .
The government turned a blind eye to small investors and small companies that have systematically been pillaged by broker dealers who claim the short selling exemption as their mantle.
I just find it sad that the foxes that run the henhouse will never admit the theft , ever, even after a few get slaps on the wrist to show the regulators “ care” about small investors.
The only solution is to not invest in any small ventures as they get easily pillaged.
