Old saying

"Funny thing about common sense. It's not that common"

Institution selling

Guess again

On Tuesday I put a buy order in 3 minutes to close. Was on the phone all day with work and hung up to see an opportunity I couldn't resist.

Buy order for 5000 shares at $2.07

20 100 share lots and one 600 hit exactly a minute & 10 secs before close. Nothing else hit except those 21 trades. All at once. All at once.

Order was 60 GTC. Nothing hit yesterday. Rest filled today

Yeah, institutions selling 100 shares at a time

Invested millions but selling $200 at a time

Slow rollers those big boys are

Sneaky little devils they are

Hell, they did say they hold for 4 years. Selling 100 at a time, maybe it takes that long

I guess they could drop it down to 50 if they want to take it to 8 years

Always point the finger at someone else

Smells like shorts playing on people's emotions

Smells like shorts playing on people's fear

Let's face those fears head on

Is the company in a better position today then they were a year ago?

Is the company in a better position today then they were 6 months ago?

Is the company in a better position today then they were 1 months ago?

Did they have a lot of customers, users and revenue a year ago?

SC from August to onward was growing like gangbusters on their own

Is all of a sudden, adding VERB interactive video, sales would tank?

Did SC sink an additional $4M into shares because they felt sorry?

If the sp is $2 or $20 can you back up your valuation based on your own DD assuming you did a reasonable amount?

I could spend the rest of my life posting everything that could go wrong with every NASDAQ company

I could right a novel about Facebook, Twitter and the rest with sky is falling crap

Wouldn't take any brains

None at all

No brains, courage or heart

Just time

Time is just something money can't buy

Time is something, you just can't short
