Also, that's not to say we wont go higher in time. But the fact is, sometimes options issued at 12x the current stock price will expire worthless.
What is the expiration date on those?
Also, if Dr. B has the ability to ensure the stock will go above $1.39, then we have nothing to worry about. While his powers are formidable, I dont know that such a rise is a trivial task for him.
