Not sure I agree with that as some sophisticated investors bought early at prices much higher then $ 1.00.
But it doesn't matter today a SP of $ 1.00 is a serious market capitalization with the added shares.
Nobody knows how this will play out in terms of SP.
Best case scenario BP steps up to the plate to partner.
Wherever its goes from there would be good.
Us long term holders have been awaiting the partnership for a long time while watching the SP , dilution and finances get worse.
A deal solves all.
No deal no beach house for you I guess.
