Winston - first, thanks for the Holiday wishes. S

How/why should we be so positive about Steve doing something that: 1 - should have been done weeks ago; 2 - should have been a 5 minute call to a reputable attorney; 3 - should have taken the attorney an hour or two to write (yea, 10 minutes really, but, billable hours are at play); 4 - should have been filed with OTC on the day that Steve first tweeted that he "was working on it"?
I still don't think Steve "lied". I just think the Business Model went awry. There is just no willingness to put the phones down. Hence, low demand for our products. Our Business Model needed the adults in the room to step up and they did not.
There was never enough Communications; Education; and Marketing Plans to stimulate demand for our products. No significant sale price to stimulate demand. No Partnerships. No civic involvement (that is usually free). No freebies whatsoever. We counted on dealerships to be our Point of Sale - and, the margins are just not there. They make more profit on service contracts and deals on oil changes (free oil changes & big bucks on "other" repairs). We didn't pivot fast enough - if, at all - from our reliance on dealerships to be our SPOC.
Our Products can save lives. Have you ever seen that in print or video or radio? "WHO WANTS TO SAVE LIVES" - should/could/would have been a good Ad Campaign slogan.
Lastly - TOXIC FINANCING!
I said I would analyze what happened in April and decide when and how much to sell in May. At this point, that is an easy analysis.
