pang just my opinion but 2nd PL may have made an agreement
with SB to wait for LAUNCH until the ATTORNEY LETTER was filed
to remove any CLOUD hanging over ONCI when SB officially
announces the NAME and LAUNCH in a Press Release.
Combine that thought with the fact that it would actually be
the BEST TIMING to LAUNCH towards the end of APRIL
anyway because we know awareness of DD has been
growing all thru APRIL as many independent organizations
bright light to the issue so hit the public with the ADS when
awareness is at its HEIGHT and you get the most bang
for your buck !!
