Hey MFN, lawsuits just take so much time. I don't think Steve would be dumb enough to lie. I think he has stretched the truth to cover up for some delays, but, I guess we'll see SOON.
If our revenue is not legit, why would someone want to buy the DD apps division that is supposedly generating the revenue. When Worldcom "bought" MCI, it was later determined that WC had cooked the books. The CEO got 25 years and the CFO got 5 years.
