Gotta say, I understand where you’re coming from

(Can't say I understand why someone deleted your post, there was no TOC violation - reposted below. I never noticed any board manipulation here, even though TP has suggested there has been. But I guess it's tough to see when posts are simply being deleted. If we're ever to see something decent out of ONCI, it's not going to help, knowing that someone is controlling the information posted here. I know David doesn't want to see that on his platform. I wouldn't have noticed this if I hadn't taken a while to compose this post on my phone. SMH - stop controlling the board posts, whomever is doing this. We need some integrity here. If you delete THIS post, I will PM everyone on the board with the post, and I will also copy David and call him and email him, as well.)
I’ve been hesitant to post my thoughts on this because, though it can be very positive if SB eventually communicates some things appropriately, it can also be nails in the coffin if he doesn’t explain anything and others start thinking this theory may actually be reality (who knows, maybe that's exactly what's been happening). I write “if SB eventually...” because the email I used to communicate with him a while back is no longer a working/valid email address, and he’s ignored my recent calls (felt like he “rejected” the calls and sent to voice mail) and messages.
When this change in communication happened, I wondered... enough to think of everything possible (that I could think of) to explain this whole situation in some logical way.
Here’s what I thought of, in a nutshell. And if SB gives evidence to the contrary, then I think MANY followers and longs (and previous longs) will be ready to buy up all of the “cheap shares” to a penny or more overnight.
SB, explain the terms of your sales/revenue. If we can understand this - and if you give the whole truth with all details about how, what and why, so we can believe it - that’s all it will take in order to see value come back into the stock. I don’t care if you’re giving outrageous payment terms - do what you have to do, show us how to make sense out of this. Show us some respect, many of us probably know more about bookkeeping than you.
As it is today, there is a “possibility” (meaning, statistically, an unacceptably high “probability”) that you could sell the assets of FMS/Cogosense - basically selling the DD business - (to someone willing to buy it) really cheap, say like for $8-10M, and retail shareholders won’t see a dime, while you will bank all of it except for what is owed to the current Cogosense owners - because you have a HUGE and rapidly growing liability to yourself, and a BIG part of that is the commission on Accounts Receivables.
Here's the conspiracy theory: who cares if the the A/R are collect-able. As long as they are on the books when you sell the business, you have your justification/accounting for the debt to yourself. No, the buyer won’t pay a high price because of the huge A/R, they will say there’s no way in heck, but that doesn’t matter - as long as you can get a price that will give you the $2M price tag that you put on FMS, plus the commission on those $Ms of sales sitting in A/R, accrued salary, etc., it’s okay for you. Who cares what’s left for shareholders.
Okay. So SB - prove to us that this theory is NOT true. Tell us more about the A/R and terms of sale (first). And then show us why we don’t need to worry that you will F us with a sellout for few $Ms just to make your own personal payday.
We get this resolved acceptably, I guarantee the pps will recover nicely. My buying alone would push the price, but there are $Ms in losses that many will want to average down and gain up on with that clarity.
My only concern is that it won’t happen. SB definitely seems to be letting the market know this, with the trend that has shown itself more and more clearly with each week over the past 60 weeks or so.
But something keeps nagging at me / could he be that stupid, to put out the tweets that he does - and did - without substantiating details to back these things up... when he was selling stock all along - granted, to fund the business, but selling just the same. That really is not a comfortable position to be in, in my opinion. Not only that, all it takes is for one or two LARGE shareholders with the potential for gains (or losses) in the $M range, and there’s a lawsuit waiting to happen - to fight SB tooth and nail over those Receivables. He’s GOT to know that. But then again, maybe that’s why he’s not communicating well at all since the big spike in 2017 - to drive away any big boys and let the sizzle fizzle out before claiming the prize. God I hate thinking this way.
Real answers to this “conspiracy theory” will drive the pps upward toward new highs very quickly. Doesn’t even require an audit. Just truth and detail with respect. If not, it’ll just be more f.u. from retail shareholders.

Wow, its hard to believe that I am even thinking this but is the game over?
I would have thought that by now we would have heard something. We still have 2 more trading days, I'm hoping we get some news before end of week. I'm not sure what to believe anymore but have to say I'm very discouraged. Even if something positive happens there will be an exit for the doors by many shareholders as they hit their price. Who the hell wants to be a shareholder in a stock where CEO could give 2 craps about its shareholder?
The news would have to be spectacular for any sustained price increase. SB, we know you don't give a crap about your shareholders as evidenced by your actions.
But what about your word and reputation? Do you not care about that? Boy oh boy what a lesson learned (again) never trust any CEO in pinky land, looks like most if not all are scammers.
Good luck everyone!
