My thoughts in pressing him to "standby his previous statements" is that this AS increase is primarily a backup plan or maybe a less dilutive "up front payment plus shares" partnership licensing deal that is about to be reached as Trading and Emergency previously posted. If so, that is good news. Just MO.
Also with regards to the Chicago acquisition rumor that Pro circulated last week, Dr. Christofanelli is based in Chicago and maybe controls some IP in the CTC test, so maybe the AS increase is to acquire this IP? This is just wild speculation on my part.
