I'm not getting the positives out of Nader's email

I'm not getting the positives out of Nader's email that others seem to be getting. What am I missing? Nader makes it sound, rather arrogantly, that he's simply going to repeat what he's said in the past.

And that's after N2 stated that Nader misled us about not reaching 600m, let alone raising to 700m.
