Yes, we have discussed this before and I forgot (sorry). Based on everything we currently know this will be a lifetime treatment as it will not cure cancer. Not that taking a weekly shot is going to kill anyone, but I still have hope that one day leronlimab combined with other treatments will be able to cure some forms or variations of cancer.
I would think IF leronlimab works in cancer it will not take long to become the SOC in combination with current treatments (at reduced doses) for those patients who express CCR5.
