I believe that the acceptance criteria for the two options was very different. We turned down the R/S, but sufficient votes were received to pass the delaying tactic.
I really would hope that those who voted yes to the R/S proposal would consider changing their mind. The company no doubt is trying to get more positive votes, and I hope we can continue to turn down this effort.
On the subject of keeping investors informed, I would welcome anyone to look at any trial listed in clinical trials and see how much information you can learn about what can be found there. Ask yourself if our upcoming trials were posted there, would the added knowledge equate to higher share prices as investors could learn so much more. If after looking you don't agree with me, feel free to tell me so, but I believe many questions would be answered if this database was used and routinely updated as changes were made.
