so far OWCP Management is showing that it doesn't really have much of a plan and doesn't know what to do.
they are lost based on their own non-performance.
i wish it was different being a shareholder but i choose to see things with reality and not speculation.
show us shareholders something and maybe that non-performance can actually manifest into cash flow CBD based products.
time will reveal all,...
