they can, and they did, spend $7000 on a service to call shareholders to convince them to vote for the R/S. that's shareholders money they are using to counter-attack/counter-convince their own shareholder. really ?
how about using the $7000 for a tool of communication....like a webcast !!!! market penetration is what creates sales and inevitable cash flow=revenue=profits=shareholder value
