I was on the conference call... it was difficult to hear some of it but 140M of the 165M sent a proxy vote which equates to 85%. 76M of the 140M were No votes. Around 61M voted against the adjournment which is not greater than 50% of the 140M needed so therefore the adjournment passed (I didn't read anywhere that the abstain votes for the adjournment counted against it so I'm assuming that is why this one passed).
Mordechai, a rep from VStock Transfer and a gentleman from Mintz were the only other ones on the call that identified themselves. An official transcript of the meeting should be made available. They did not indicate how it would be made available or when that would be though.
I will post the conference call in number for the next meeting on the 18th so everyone can listen in.
