As of the Feb. 6, 2019 Record Date, there were 156,897,345 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding and entitled to vote and 465 shares of our Series A Preferred Stock issued and outstanding and entitled to vote, on an as-converted basis, such that holders of our Series A Preferred Stock are entitled to an aggregate of 8,255,234 votes. Total eligible votes = 165,152,579. Affirmative Majority = 82,576,290

We haven't seen the breakdown of the FOR - AGAINST - ABSTAIN votes. Does anyone know if the disclosure of the breakdown of the votes is mandatory? We've been told that 76 million voted against. The ABSTAIN votes are added to the AGAINST votes...I'd really like to know what this total was. For all we know the FOR vote could have been higher than the AGAINST. but short of the required affirmative majority.
