We scored an upset in Round 1.. not by much
majority vote could be based on ~150MM out on the float.. since 76MM was enough to reject the RS
They just need to influence 1MM and change to get it under 75MM to pass?
Can they influence anyone to change their vote without changing the current proxy verbiage of any ratio up to 500 within 2 weeks?
Bruce mention a few weeks ago.. per SEC laws, they are not going to be able to make changes to the current proxy's content within 2 weeks.
It's going to be a photo finish in Round 2.. nail biter..
