I think it’s very possible that Amarantus ends up merging itself with another company, either a private company that in turn does an IPO or a company already public, likely on the otc. There is no way they are going to be able to raise any money at this point. Gerald has tried for over 3 years and has been unsuccessful. At the beginning of this year, I think he was hopeful that the share price would rise enough so he could do a reg A, but it hasn’t happened. He could spin ESS off like they did with Elto, but then they would only be left with MANF and still have $20 million in debt. The toxics are going to continue to cooperate – they have no other option at this point. If Gerald filed BK, they would lose almost everything. So I think if Gerald could do a merger with another company, the toxics would likely renegotiate their loans again and probably take another discount to make a deal work. Gerald could move on and still own his shares, maybe be on the Board with Chan, but be free to do something else. I think there must be something major like this which will be announced soon. I don’t see any other option at this point.
