even more interesting *imo* is that PTOI (the stock) has been held (mostly) @ or below 6c .. since 2014
separating out *volume* is equally revealing .. and i tend to divide PTOI *volume* into 3 tranches
first tranche .. April 2009 to EO May 2012 = 7,188,642/20,478,838/37,204,277/17,834,242 (Jan - EO May 2012)
= 82,705,999 total *volume traded*
second tranche .. June 2012 to EO August 2013 = 33,301,517 total *volume traded*
third tranche .. September 2013 to EO February 2019 (MM Monthly for March 2019 due out within a week or so via Finra) = 123,851,016 total *volume traded*
think about that for a bit ..

as a reminder .. PTOI's *last significant orchestration UP by NR* was January 2013 .. when PTOI was *stopped out @ $1.49 .. because back then .. NR had a dilemma (based on illegally manipulating PTOI since 2009 via NRs' numerous cycles of money and set ups) @ the $1.50 to $1.65 price point
that was 6 years and 3 months ago
the reality is P2O has retained her investors thru the last round of *washed* and non washed *volume* .. and it literally is NRs' biggest NITEmare if or when P2O delivers ..
