are concerned about this info .. not surprising .. when DRS% link first went live back in Feb 2010 .. it took months for NRs' (non retail) talking points to be *worked* out b4 posts on the subject were *allowed* there ..

the last reality that NR has ever wanted re: an OTC target is an educated retail investor or an aware mgmt

yesterday on PTOI .. NR did a targeted trade (size was 206950 ) .. it was done at 015c .. and marked short exempt re: DRS% .. i'd have to check years of data but from memory (documentation done since March 2010) .. it is very *rare* for NR to mark a PTOI *trade* as short exempt ..

quick scan finds this time one was done in 2014 (note size for comparison)

interesting to note the effort in September 2014 .. was one month b4 an aromatic
( LONDON CALLING ) would *bury* the release of the ACC Executive Summary
via *volume* (back to back days) on PTOI that rivaled January 2013 .. as always *facts* that make me go hmmm .. it would also *reset* PTOI from 6c (Jan 2014) to 5c (Oct 2014)
