Optomistic Trader - I'm sorry you Mis-took the Post Lead in as the My Point of the Post.
Although the Post Lead is Factually Correct SFOR Patent have been deemed Abstract in the eyes of the Lower Court Justice System" thus far..
But I was not saying The Patents are Abstract, perhaps I could have come up with a better post Lead in. Sorry !
I feel if the post were interpreted by the Majority to mean The SFOR Patent's were Abstract, Our Administration would have deleted the post, or other board members would also have chimed in.
As you read though the Post it's evident my point was, we still have the Highest Court yet to weigh in.

I'm definitely disappointed in the Lower Courts Decisions, especially the Federal Court of Appeals
