Leo is giving you a big hint we are receiving additional funding as both [business development and reactivating a "program"] will require new money.
Any guess as to the program we are restarting?
My guess is Brilacidin for Ulcerative Colitis with Kevetrin for Ovarian Cancer as a second choice.
Our financier will be guiding our choices.
