to access capital to execute their business strategies

so when the *focus* by some shifts to mgmt's possible dilution ..
i'd remind all that Innovation Pharma has actually outlasted *efforts* against her
and has done so with what i refer to as an enviable I/O ..

if you don't believe that
take a look at other OTC targets at the 10 year mark .. most have blown out I/Os usually in the 1B to 5B range or they have been R/S for the rinse/repeat of the laundry (wash trades) .. i only know of one other OTC 10 year target .. and *current survivor* that also has an enviable I/O (and Float) as Innovation Pharma does

again nothing imo beats an educated investor and an aware mgmt team
and remember the flat out easiest aspect for NR to control is an OTC target's PPS

now watch to see how IPIX's volume is handled as each new PR is issued by mgmt ..
