You bring up an interesting point:
Even though SFOR definitely holds the patent for OOBA, getting the courts to uphold SFOR's patent so that hundreds of companies (in violation of their patent) pay SFOR big $$$ may be another matter entirely.
If there's a lot of pressure on the courts (from public companies) not to uphold it, that may be exactly what happens.
This makes one wonder:
What is the role of corruption here? Even if Alice 101 is eventually overturned, will SFOR ever win in the courts???
