I think a key detail here is GC wouldn't be paying up on the business fees etc. at this point only extending the license to the end of April 2019, if they weren't trying to do something with that shell by the end of April. Just like updating the license before the Elto/Coeptis announcement, these updates including the expedite fees are for a reason.

Given Magna is tied up pretty nasty right now with the SEC, I am hoping they will be remaining flexible again.
