Agree. There is no way in heck the Investment Banker is giving ANDI and/or it's shareholders a 66% stake in SWS. No doubt, the Investment Banker is controlling all the purse strings here and therefore they will most likely retain controlling interest. Folks need to realize that SWS is the real deal here. SWS shares will be a pleasant surprise IMHO plus the fact you still retain all your ANDI shares in case they actually get the rest of their business model together. Does anyone think an Investment Banking Group would get involved in a Company if they didn't think it was worth their investment? Exactly! Much to happen yet, but I suspect once the first acquisition is announced, folks will take it serious. GTLA!
