My point in my post last night is to truly understand how much value is being conveyed to ANDI shareholders, either directly through the dividend or through ANDI's retained ownership in SWS , we need to understand what the initial share structure of SWS will be when it begins trading.
Once we understand that we can calculate a theoretical valuation based on projected or actual EBITDA based on the information available to us and an average price to earnings (P/E) ratio for the sector SWS operates in.
THEN, we can make a judgement as to whether or not this was, in fact, a good transaction for us....at least initially before any additional acquisitions, contract wins, etc.
