Gary,
Due to the Discovery loan, they might not have the luxury to wait for patents approval. I'm not sure if they can wait 4 to 6 months to address the toxic loan issue. I'm NOT sure how quickly or price Discovery can covert the 30MM+ shares. (NOT a concern now, 12.5MM warrant exercised no less then .20 cents per share)
As other discussed, this RS could be dedicate by the new funding source.
They may not be in the driver seat anymore. They need to a quick 5MM to pay by Discovery and more money to fund day to day operations.
Mgmt definitively want this RS to go through by their actions. Of course, does mean that we have to VOTE yes without more clarity.
I stated this before.. They should consider NOT issuing any more common shares for Discovery's monthly interest payment at the current low PPS.
They got about 3.5MM in the bank.. use cash for interest payment between now and the completion of the tablet trail. The tablet is closest to revenue and could be our white knight to get out of this mess.
projected time line:
1. If tablet trial starts in May, 4 months trail ends in August
2. To poke the bear (GW's current product), they must have MASSIVE confident in the tablet. If 4 months trail is adequate to fulfill the requirement to export. finding a new funding source will be much easier..
So, we are looking at 5 to 6 months which mark the end or close to the end of the tablet trail. Again, I think it's worth while to use their cash on hand pay the month interest payment through the tablet trail.
The successfully tablet trail alone should take us back over .10 cents. who knows... a patent award between now and end of the year is not out of the question.
Perhaps, it's better we get this RS voting out of the way now. I hope mgmt will have clarity on the RS ratio. This any ratio up to 500 alone will prevent PPS recovery.
