Up until November 25, 2014 the company that you are referring to was called Dynamic Applications Corp., and the $11 share price would have been the equivalent of $.11 due to a 100-1 share split in 2012.
Just prior to this date Mordechai Bignitz and his pals smoked a few joints, concluded that there was nothing dynamic about their company, so a few days later they issued the following announcement:

If you check the filing you will recognize the names of some of the principal shareholders, some of whom are still very much involved with the company. With a new name the company needed to recruit someone that was readily identified with cannabis and that had credibility. Stage left enters Dr. Yehuda Baruch, and unfortunately shortly thereafter, also enters Jeffrey Friedland...and the rest is history!
