Hi Guys , It's Friday night and it seems that many investors are "feeling" confused, mad, disappointed, undecided, angry, now maybe even drunk or high by now? I can understand why, but this is what I can tell you! Fellings and reacting without perspective can be very unhealthy and very unwise! Especially if you have a major investment in a company that your trying to make a decision on. It's great you have the weekend to think about what just happened and how you will respond Monday morning, This is the silver lining or where reality sets in, you have the weekend to consider what you will do. Reacting without thinking can be very bad for your stock portfolio and very good for the investors that buy what you sell.
I can tell you I'm not selling one share in fact I will buy more when and if the PPS goes lower and so will GHS the MMS and the people that know this company better then I do, you might say people that are insiders or have more information then we do I know there are laws against insider trading so I don't believe that will be an issue!
This comes down to one thing and that's trust. You either believe these deals are coming or there not. The value of the stock has not changed, if no one buys or sells on the third of April the value will be the same as it was before the split you just have 20 times less shares but worth the same as your total investmentI we as investors dont care how many shares we have we want our total investment to go up 10,000 percent or more this move allows that to happen! I understand why Management did this. It's to get the PPS to be more attractive and the massive shares outstanding reduced so investors want to buy. Also to get us on the Nasdaq 20 times faster. All those shares are dead weight and are making harder for new investors to justify buy a stock that is less then one penny and way to many shares.
Any penmy stock is a much greater gamble then big stocks but has massive upside potential that bigger stocks don't. Feel free to send me a private message if you think I can help you understand what I believe all this means.
