If I did the math right, it's more like valuation of a $50M market cap at $3.65. I'm sure that would be 50 posts arguing it else where.
Doesn't matter what the sp is as I've said 100 times. It's about the market cap and valuation.
Let's pretend my number is right and institutions, who are putting up BIG bucks want to get in at a $50M valuation.
That doesn't mean that is what the company is worth
If you ever bought anything in mega quantity, you know what I mean
Volume discount
There will be at least 100 bedwetters posting for weeks telling you that is the case
But guess what?
That is not how it works
The people that were doing the private placements were getting a discount
Anyone that can do math and look up historic prices can figure out what that discount was
The initial 30 BWers posts after that was the world was coming to an end
I'd advise not to go back and look as they love your ad clicks
Then some sane person said, "Hey, this is a good thing" and explained why
It wasn't me if I remember right, but they were spot on
People went back to normal and the sp never reflected the discounted price
With Rory saying buckle up for ages and my post of Just Breathe and others
No one ever said it would be easy
Please keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle at all time
