Why are some longs who insisted they were 100% all in now questioning Rory?
First of all, there is no way in HELL the offering price to the institutions will be anything less than $8 or $9 dollars - NEVER! If the company is looking to raise the money to buy Sound Concepts and additional funds for corporate purposes (over 20 million dollars), how could they possibly do that with and offering price in the $3 range? 2+ million shares available to the investors multiplied by $3 only equals 7 or 8 million dollars. Simple math people!
