Here's my thoughts... If I was going to invest
Post# of 32635
If I was going to invest $10M into any company, I would want the deal of a lifetime. After all, I'd have some risk. No guarantees in life.
If you are selling, you want the deal of a lifetime too, but only you know how much it's worth.
Now if you buy a car and get a decent deal, maybe you could resell it if you didn't like it and break even or take a little hit.
Not like Institutions could dump $10M in two minutes if they had buyers remorse like many full-time flippers and then post about Ultirus until they bought in again. No offense to anyone here on Ultirus but it's the #1 idiot post in idiotland.
But keep in mind the investment...
It's not $10M
It's not even $20M
It's not even $30M
It's not even $40M
It's not even $50M
Institutions are not doing it to break even. They want the warrants to go positive
There are $53M reasons why an institution or institutions will want VERB to succeed. If it didn't, there is no do over button or back to baloney sandwiches for them.
Once that sp reaches the stage where the warrants kick into the money, VERB never has to worry about funding again.
$53M for a public company is an insane investment
This is the type of funding I always thought they needed. I was always wondering how they would do it and when it would come.
Money is not the issue nor valuation in my opinion. It's how fast can you take over the world.
This kind of funding was always lack in the other interactive video companies
This kind of funding de-risks your investment by multiples
Sure VERB could be cash flow positive and net income positive and organically grow, but this accelerates it the way I would like to see. But I am not in it for one game or one season.
If you can buy companies for 2x revenue that are growing at 200%, you won't have long to wait if you are long.
Only question is, what is the next acquisition
If you are a trader that was going to flip
I get you are super pissed now
