they (P2O .. the company) haven't failed to file fins
but then again per another noting skill set on another OTC target *whined* about CONsistently

2 weeks from now .. P2O will either have filed the K (annual) or have filed an NT (intent to file K) .. or they won't
all with interest will know *then*
