I detest people who try to put words in my mouth that I've not spoken. Therefore, maybe if you re-read my post below real s-l-o-w-l-y, you may (I doubt it) comprehend I've said nothing about any Court, Defendant, Spain,banning of any posters, etc. I must say I actually don't find your comprehension skills "too funny", rather non-existent.

Let me help out a little bit more and just go with one sentence. It’s a bit long but I think pretty easy even for you to understand--I'll try to be as elemental as possible knowing your mental limitations and preconceived biases.

If you have any need for clarification or interpretation of a company released PR with statements from the CEO, basic logic and normal common sense dictates that the one who would render that accurate info to you would be the company CEO, not posters like yourself on an anonymous chat board.
