McKinnon, Q.C. in a strategic move to strengthen its board of directors. McKinnon brings substantial financial oversight and business advisory experience as an experienced corporate executive and director. He currently is a partner at Citrus Capital Partners Ltd. and serves on the boards of Touchstone Exploration Inc. and Alvopetro Energy Ltd. McKinnon previously was a director at Petrominerales Ltd. and Lightstream Resources Ltd., where he also served as chairman.
