Oh God, now you think April for 2nd PL - sorry to hear that.
It would be best if he just says and tweets nothing and then surprise us with a PR. All of the drama and intrigue of the tweets only seems to make matters worse because they drag on so long.
Sign, seal, deliver, PR and update fins - that's all we need and the rest is just fodder IMO of course.
