The Numbers I used was taken from another post I posted stating that I assumed full dilution and no debit. I apologize for the confusion and should of probably restated that with that post as well. It is going to take dilution and/or debts to bring the products through the clinical trials and to market. I think most shareholders realize that and are expecting dilution to occur. Hence, that's one of the reasons why I posted those numbers. However a 1 for 500 reverse split is absurd and that is the other reason. Predicting how much OWCP will be worth, what there A/S, and O/S in the future obviously is the key on deciding what reverse split should be allowed and how much interest long term investors on the OTC and NASDAQ will have. Remember this went to 3.23 on the promise of market ready product and REVENUE. When investors realized this was years down the road and the truth was market 3 years ready product it was time to get out. Hence the low share price. When there is market ready product and the promise of REVENUE the price will go up. Therefore I posted those numbers to calculate long term value based on when (if?) OWCP became worth 1 Billion and 10 Billion dollars with full dilution and no debt.
If you like do some calculations on how much clinical trials costs at Sheba and just how much debt or dilution OWCP would need to achieve their goals without REVENUE to get their first product on the market.
I prefer basing my short term and long term investments based on calculations. I prefer to base my day trade and short term investments on shareholders beliefs and attitudes. While I like to make my investments fun and don't mind criticism, it scares me when I see some on the other board who have been bashing this for 2 years. It scares me even more when I have seen those who supported OWCP now trash talk it. I personally like to get in when this is oversold and get out when it's not.
Which makes me realize R/S or not, there is going to be a wild roller coaster ride coming up! Since I missed my last shot to get out at 0.067 3 weeks ago like I was suppose to, I know have to buy more at the bottom. This is the game I play as a short term investor. I will not play this long term until I hear about REVENUE, but when that time comes I am going to jump in as fast as lightning and definitely hold long!
