today was beyond interesting from 11:44 (approx) on the ask when the 5th spot went to 25c (4th went to 20c) .. then 27c .. b4 ending day @ 25c .. to say nothing of decoys like MM PAUL *not* blocking as has been the norm

one thing tho' re: DRS %s .. and why imo NR has such issues .. is usually legit sells don't get marked .. so ask hits normally won't be marked .. note the IPIX trades from 14:03 onward are either hidden or @ ask .. with one exception .. the 450 that adjusted off CDEL's bid @ 3:41
