I work for the government (US) and if it is not in writing then it didn't happen and/or you don't have to do it!
One would think, with the lack luster history of previous management, they'd be posting the COFEPRIS delay letter all over the place letting everyone know the delay had nothing to do with them or their Mexico partner.
I'm sorry, I don't know Christian from Adam, why should I blindly trust his word. Trust, but verify is all I am doing. Simple as that.
