As to the one year exclusivity, I don't personally give a rat's ass. The way I see it, we'll have gotten in good and solidly with the right people in Mexican government as well as the biggest distributors in Mexico as well, ahead of most of the competition with CBD infused beverages anyhow, and that's good enough for me.
We haven't even seen the entire scope of that yet, but it's coming. Those that don't believe due to where the pps sits will have to cope with those worries. I would suggest not assessing their success entirely on the current pps as it's not THE indicator at this point.
Just my personal opinion of course. Invest only in what you feel is a good investment with only what you can afford to lose, as always, and diversification should be part of that strategy.
