I knew that part... Potential RS no great than 1 to 500.
I expected clarity before voting.. but, I suppose this is how the process works..
like signing a blank check.. don't worry, we will fill out the amount portion later.. lol..
They are moving quickly with this RS. Yes, I believe that they will to have all the option on the table when the time comes. IF needed sort of thing.
With the speed they are moving with this RS..
They are lining up the ducks? I think so. They got a plan and will execute the plan in 2019.
