I view the proposed R/S as another arrow in the quiver of OWCP. They may or may not need to use it. The 500-1 option is not likely to be needed or used but if the share price went .01 then a 500 -1 would get the Company to 5.00 which is probably their minimum target price.
While the proposal makes me a little nervous I feel far more comfortable with OWCP management in terms of their commitment to The Company and shareholders. I also have a far better understanding of the factors that complicate an early stage medical cannabis company.
Nobody knows for certain what will actually play out but I am betting on the Company and would like to see our share price reach or approach .25 and have a 25-1 R/S. Something like this would not likely occur much before December, 2019.
