Hey hoops, Sorry, I usually agree with you, but I

Sorry, I usually agree with you, but I have to disagree this time. Joe mentioned in the last cc that they are looking for a shell company to reverse into and go public. They would have to buy that shell, do their due diligence that everything old on that shell is removed so it doesn't come back to bite us, and then look to move our shares into it. So the initial shares will be book entry at NuGenerex saying you are entitled to those shares when they complete all the above. So I don't think anyone should expect to see shares in their brokerage account for NGIO.
As far as last time, the purchaser of the GNBT shares before the exdiv date (which was the day after the payable date due to greater than 25% distribution), were entitled to the shares from the dividend. SInce the clearing is trade date + 2 days, the Wednesday 12/5 date made sense and that is when my shares showed up at TD Ameritrade.
And I would imagine we will get a reminder PR about the cc call tomorrow at 11AM. That may come tomorrow morning, or maybe today.
We are creating our OWN SPECULATION. Some here post that they expect a PR today, and when one doesn't come, several decide NuGenerex is letting us down. That is of our own creation.

I count at least six PR's that reference the spin off of NGIO. People bought shares in Generex because they wanted to participate in the spin-off. There was the potential for a secondary offering, IPO, or total buyout. The ex-div date was pushed back, halting all momentum, but we wait patiently for today.
Today comes. No PR. No explanation. No evidence of the shares or their value. I'm sure there is more to the story than this, but the initial impression is that something is wrong. Remember how we couldn't get the GNBT div shares until Dec. 5th instead of Dec. 3rd? This is the MO of OlGenerex, not NuGenerex.
Volume is low today, so it looks like Generex gets a mulligan. However, a well thought out PR is warranted so that we know what to expect. I don't think that's asking too much. Without fact you get speculation and we've had our share of that.
