I count at least six PR's that reference the spin off of NGIO. People bought shares in Generex because they wanted to participate in the spin-off. There was the potential for a secondary offering, IPO, or total buyout. The ex-div date was pushed back, halting all momentum, but we wait patiently for today.
Today comes. No PR. No explanation. No evidence of the shares or their value. I'm sure there is more to the story than this, but the initial impression is that something is wrong. Remember how we couldn't get the GNBT div shares until Dec. 5th instead of Dec. 3rd? This is the MO of OlGenerex, not NuGenerex.
Volume is low today, so it looks like Generex gets a mulligan. However, a well thought out PR is warranted so that we know what to expect. I don't think that's asking too much. Without fact you get speculation and we've had our share of that.
