As far as the r/s..no one has a crystal ball and I absolutely agree there is no reason for something like a 100-1 or higher to take place.
We can't know what the company has up it's sleeve...but I trust these people unequivocally and have better things to do with my time than to pen rambling diatribes that are foundationally supported by supposition.

He has two young children..and he received an offer back in tech that was just too good to turn down. He opted for a salary that matched his experience and the security that comes with that.
If the circumstances had been different he wouldn't have gone anywhere and would be content like everyone else at OWCP to work hard toward the goals as defined by both Moti and Stanley as there is not one person there at OWCP or for that matter anyone I met in my week there and that goes for doctors, researchers, patent people..etc..that is not awe struck by what the company is trying to do.
