Since January 2019 there have been discussions to resolve the alice 101, as their decision empowering Alice 101 as it has created massive unintended damages by its dismissals of legal patents issued from the United States Patent and Trademark Office ( USPTO ) Patents that have survived challenges through the PTAB system become impotent , by appeal judges , because of Alice 101 thruphs clear lack of legal guidelines
The Scotus knows it messed up in introducing the Alice 101 decision with no clear legal guidelines for judges and is now evidently trying to correct it as has already been posted by hates liars , others and myself.
Remember there are no guidelines in the Patent and Trademark system because Alice doesn't exist there. This infringers have been given a legal "Get out of jail card" as there are no statutes or guidelines in the current patent system for alice 101. Its a legal wild card if you will, that trumps legal patents.
All legal patents are potentially in danger from the nebulous Alice 101 it all depends on the whims of the Judges. If its too complicated of a case , kick it out and dismissed it.
Since January 2019 Justice Kavanagh and SCOTUS through Birkheimer case have been focusing on gleaning basically the issues damages and possible solutions to the alice debacle that has enveloped and literally thrown the United States Patent and Trademark Office ( USPTO ), and its appeal mechanism the PTAB into utter chaos.
