Your point about the tax savings is 100% valid. That comment in the fins caught my eye a long time ago and as far as I know, nobody mentioned it until you did.
If I was King I would proclaim all posters must sign an attached signature page acknowledging review before posting in the future henseforthwithest.
One minor correction I think - check the key in your assets diagram. Sifthouse is listed twice.
