You got that right mrmk. Sure, there’s some issues but pros outweigh cons by a large margin. It would take very little to get ONCI/Hexagon rolling.
Major issues of Delaware debt and O/S reduction are in the rearview. Next up is Colorado domicile and name change with A/S reduction. Short term expected catalysts are naming of 2nd private label company, a solid Q1, and March shareholder letter.
